Chicken Roaster Stand Cast Iron - Joeji's Kitchen Vertical BBQ and Oven

CAST IRON HOLDS HEAT FOR CRISPY SKIN — The 3.8kg cast iron body absorbs and radiates heat evenly around the chicken. Skin crisps on all sides while the meat stays juicy inside. Works in ovens up to 300°C and on any BBQ or grill
DRIP TRAY CATCHES JUICES FOR GRAVY — The wide circular base collects fat and drippings as the chicken roasts vertically. Use the juices straight from the tray for gravy, basting, or flavouring roast vegetables placed around the stand
VERTICAL ROASTING FREES UP GRILL SPACE — Stand the chicken upright instead of laying it flat. Frees the rest of your grill or oven shelf for sides, vegetables, or a second dish. The 28cm base sits flat on any standard oven rack or BBQ grate
POUR BEER OR MARINADE INTO THE CENTRE — The central column holds liquid that steams into the cavity as the chicken cooks, keeping the breast meat moist. Use beer, cider, stock, or your own marinade blend
