CORDIERITE PIZZA STONE FOR OVEN AND BBQ — PULLS MOISTURE FOR A GENUINELY CRISPY BASE — Rated to 300°C and thermal shock resistant — safe in any standard UK oven or on a gas BBQ grate. Porous cordierite draws moisture from the dough as it bakes, producing a dry, crisp base without a wet or chewy underside. Preheat for 30 minutes at full temperature for best results.
ALUMINIUM PEEL SLIDES PIZZA ON AND OFF WITHOUT TEARING — The flat aluminium paddle edge slides cleanly under a pizza without catching on the dough. Dust the peel with flour or semolina before loading and the pizza releases with a short forward push. Works for bread, flatbreads, and calzone too
